It was fantastic to visit The Roses’ Garden Festival and to watch the Rain or Shine Theatre Company bring The Pickwick Papers to life in the stunning Victoria Gardens.

There was something truly special about seeing the gardens filled with theatre, music, creativity, and families enjoying their time together. The performance was full of energy and imagination, and it was a joy to experience live theatre in such a beautiful outdoor setting.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at The Roses Theatre for creating this brilliant celebration of the arts in the heart of Tewkesbury. From crafts and circus skills to face painting and a wonderful range of family activities, the festival shows care and attention to detail, making it welcoming and enjoyable for all ages.

The activities continue until Sunday 2nd August. Entry to the gardens and family fun is free, while the theatre performances are ticketed and should be booked in advance. Food and refreshments are also available to purchase throughout the day.
